Bruce Hicks is Chairman of Asia Clean Capital. He is also founding partner and director of GreenLink Global Limited a Hong Kong company which distributes a range of high quality, value-driven green products.

Between 1994 and 2006, Bruce was a partner and Executive Director of Distacom, a privately-held organization which owned and operated a portfolio of mobile telecom businesses across Asia. From 2002 to 2006, Bruce was CEO of Distacom’s SUNDAY Communications Limited which was listed on NASDAQ and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Bruce received a BA (Hons) Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in the US and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland. He is married with two children.

Anthony Wu is CEO of Asia Clean Capital. He was the Director at Investment banking at GC Partners Asia Limited, a boutique Australian investment banking firm. Prior to GC Partners Asia, Anthony worked with China National Gold Group Corporation (CNGC) in the Corporate Finance Department. Mr Wu was in charge of CNGC’s financing activities and strategic investment. This involved completing China Gold International Resources Co., Ltd IPO dual listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange. He also worked with Anglo Chinese Corporate Finance Limited as an investment banking analyst focused on the execution of IPOs, capital raising and cross-border M&A deals on the mining and resources sector.

He is qualified with a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney in Australia. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.

Anthony enjoys reading, travelling and tennis.

Qianwen Qin is the Senior BD Director, she has over 15 years of extensive experience in Marketing, Business Development and Key-account management. Qianwen joined ACC in 2009 and participated in the business development and implementation of both ACC GES business and Distributed Solar business, cooperated corporate customers including Swire, Coca-Cola, TESCO, LKK, Unilever, IKEA, etc. Qianwen has successively served as ACC’s Key-account Manager, Mar-Com Manager and Marketing Director, responsible for the company’s GES and rooftop solar business development, sales & marketing strategy formulation, brand promotion and PR management. She has cooperated deeply with both international and Chinese mainstream media to expand ACC’s brand recognition.

Qianwen holds a Master of Management from Renmin University of China.

Aaron Wang is the Operation Director, he joined ACC in 2012 and has successively served as HVAC Engineer, project manager, engineering department manager and EPC Director. Since March 2022, he has been Operation Director, responsible for EPC and Asset management and operation, including the design, procurement, construction and delivery, and O&M work of all ACC projects and in mainland China. Aaron has more than 11 years of experience in the design and implementation of GSHP and distributed photovoltaic projects, and is familiar with the whole process and key control events and nodes of the project life cycle. He has been in charge of many large projects (e.g. Schindler, Swire, Coca-cola, Unilever, SKF and Volkswagen) that have received LEED certification.

Aaron graduated from East China Jiaotong University, majoring in Architectural Engineering.

Leslie Yang is the Financial Controller of Asia Clean Capital, she joined ACC in 2015. Leslie has over 20 years of extensive experience in financing. She is familiar with GSHP and Solar businesses and ACC business models. Leslie has a unique understanding and approach to tax planning, and can obtain the best tax incentives for ACC project companies and create considerable tax savings. During the seven years working in ACC, Leslie participated in the financing negotiation in the form of financial leasing and obtained the optimal financing cost for ACC.

Leslie has rigorous work, a high sense of responsibility, high work enthusiasm and strong communication skills. She leads the financial team to overcome the difficulties of workload and pressure intensity of the project companies. ACC’s financial work under her management is highly affirmed by auditors and partners for its professionalism, preciseness and high quality.

Leslie graduated from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, majoring in finance and taxation. She has the dual titles of accountant and CPA.
