Beijing, PRC—May 3rd, 2016—Asia Clean Capital (“ACC”) and China Kangfu International Leasing Co., Ltd (“China Kangfu”, Stock Code: 833499), today announced a strategic cooperation agreement to co-develop an identified solar pipeline in Mainland China. Under the terms of the Agreement China Kangfu will provide a RMB 500 million credit facility for solar projects developed by ACC.

The Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement was formalized on April 28th 2016 at the signing ceremony at China Kangfu’s Beijing office and attended by key executives from ACC, China Kangfu and Goldman Sachs.
